Bug Fixes:

    - Fixed problem with the FbDataAdapter design tims support.

    - Fixed TableAdapter integration in Visual Studio 2005 now the
    tableadapters should have select, insert, update and delete commands 
when requested.   

    - Fixed bugs in Indexes and Index columns schemas.
