[Mono-dev] Bug in System.Web.UI.WebControl.DataGrid with no columns

Hello,

If no columns generated, no empty table struct should be rendered.

Test case:
/System_Web_UI_WebControls/DataGrid/DataGrid_AutoGenerateColumns.aspx

Please approve the attached patch
