[Mono-dev] Bug in System.Web.UI.WebControls.Image

Hello,

The bug is missing border="0" attribute, when image has style, but
border width is not specified. This will cause a border when image is a
link.

Test case url:
/System_Web_UI_WebControls/Image/Image_AlternateText.aspx

Please approve attached patch
If no one objects, I will commit.
