[Mono-dev] LDAP NotImplementedException workaround.

Attached is a diff to work around Thread.Interrupt() 
NotImplementedException in the Novell.Directory.Ldap library.

I didn't see a place to submit a bug report on Ximian's bugzilla is 
there somewhere on Novell Forge?
