[Mono-dev] Issue with resgen

Hi :) Just having a strange error, repeatable on both 1.1.9 and 1.1.13.2:

test:~# resgen /compile Localisation.resx
Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Inner exception: Failed to read past end of stream.

Source file available at http://bum.net/Localisation.resx - have I done 
something really daft in the source, or is this a bug that should be logged?
