Not at all. A new patch with everything in MonoTODOAttribute.cs is

Would you mind putting them all in the single file that contains
MonoTODO?

Since MonoTODO is not exposed is one of those files we need to keep in
sync across multiple libraries (some are easy, the mcs module), but now
that we have new modules like Olive it will become harder to keep those
in sync.
