[Mono-dev] command not found errors when building on Windows

Hi,

I get the following errors when building Mono on Windows:

/mono/mono/libtool: line 6848: LANG: command not found
/mono/mono/libtool: line 6848: LC_ALL: command not found
/mono/mono/libtool: line 6848: LC_CTYPE: command not found
/mono/mono/libtool: line 6848: LC_COLLATE: command not found
/mono/mono/libtool: line 6848: LC_MESSAGES: command not found

The build process isn't interrupted, both mono and mcs trees seems to 
compile fine but these error messages show up for each assembly being 
compiled.

I was using SVN HEAD with the latest cygwin packages. Previously I didn't 
see any of these errors.

Do you have any idea why are these errors there?
