This problem is stopping ASP.NET 2.0 users, but this is not the only
problem that will stop them, there are plenty more.

Some work is being done by the Mainsoft guys, to keep an eye, you might
want to read their patches.

Download Mono, make sure you can build it, and then start looking at
mcs/class/System.Web for the failure/limitation, fix the bug, then
submit a patch.
