[Mono-dev] Event Viewer GUI

Hi,

I've written a small SWF GUI for consulting event logs and its entries
that mimics the Windows Event Viewer.

It's far from complete (eg. it has no sorting as I hit a SWF bug there,
will look into it tomorrow), but it's usable.

I've attached the sources, pre-built binary, a Visual Studio
project/solution for it, and a screenshot of it in action. 

I did not yet have time to automate the build (using NAnt or make).

Note: I haven't tested it again svn, so it may require my new event log
implementation patch.
