I have a Mac mini with Mac OS X 10.4. I installed Mono 1.1.16.1 w/ Cocoa# 0.9. I wrote a simple Cocoa# application following the "Simple tutorial" sample code found at
http://www.cocoasharp.org/cocoaSharp/default.aspx/CocoaSharp/SimpleTutorial.html. It uses XCode Interface Builder with C# bindings. The problem is, the compiler cannot find Apple.Foundation and Apple.AppKit namespaces. I looked through pkgconfig.pc package definitions and searched for Apple.Foundation.dll, and it was not in the file system. I understand (from some web discussions) that it used to be in lib/mono/gac directory. Did I miss some installation steps, patches, etc? What namespaces should I use to access NSObject, etc. definitions?
Thanks,
Alex Vasilev
