[Mono-dev] Mono Continuations and Microthreads

Hi,

I've made some fixing and optimization to the continuation implementation, 
and also a simple web page with details, instructions, links and benchmark 
results.

As far as I've been able to test, the boehm GC works now fine with 
continuations and I haven't found any bugs in the native code and all my 
tests run fine. That said, there are still ways to break things, but I 
hope that in normal use these problem cases do not arise.
