[Mono-dev] SiteMapNode.cs unit tests and fix

please review the attached patch for reproducing and fixing several null
reference exceptions in SiteMapNode. Please, ignore the previous patch,
that fixed the problem with 'attributes' field but did not fix 'roles'
field. If no one objects, I will commit.
