[Mono-dev] ByteFX driver -> Connector/Net

There was a pretty extensive thread about this a year or so ago on this 
mailing list.  The license restrictions for mysql and mysql libraries seemed 
to be in conflict with the GPL.

In my case my company just switched to using postgres.  It wasn't worth the 
trouble of having to worry about it.
