I would suggest working from an anonymous svn checkout.  You can use the
svn diff command then to produce your patch when you are done.  You can
post your patch to mono-docs-list for review, or send it to Joshua
Tauberer the author who's email is at the top of the monodocer source
file.

You need to get the monodoc module:

svn co svn://svn.myrealbox.com/source/trunk/monodoc

monodocer is located in the monodoc/tools
