Hi, JD Conley.

I think it works. Indeed, I never tested as I use gnu/linux primary as my
working system.

But you need to add Mono.Security.dll to your project as Npgsql depends on it.

If you need Npgsql for ms.net you can get it from Npgsql project site:

http://gborg.postgresql.org/project/npgsql
