Thank you! I verified the 4 bugs and all are fixed. I did only a single user 
test, I will do a stress test later.

Here is a new bug:
1. login2.aspx, login.ascx: Entering a name field worked in login.aspx, but 
when putting the form into an extra File (login2.aspx, login.ascx) I can 
enter any value for name, I cannot log in (works in MS .Net).

[There are two others I am still investigating, I will try to create 
testcases and then come back to the list:

2. xsp_exit.txt: XSP output on exit. But this could be because I have not 
updated everything (only mcs and xsp).

3. I am currently investigating in some other bug (ascx files get included 
more than once randomly under certain circumstances).]
