[Mono-dev] monop patch to filter obsolete output

Hey,

Here is a patch to filter [Obsolete] things from
being printed by monop.  Its useful when there are
lots of deprecated things in an API.  I guess another
way to go would be to print [Obsolete] for these
things but I would rather just not see them.
