[Mono-dev] patch to add FontOptions to Mono.Cairo

Hello all,

Here is a patch to add FontOptions to Mono.Cairo, and also cleans up
some other font stuff a little bit by removing some old/duplicated
stuff. Is it ok to commit?

I'll update the docs should this be approved.
Also, an example using the new api is attached.
