[Mono-dev] removing schema:import with empty namespace

Hello Lluis,

 

The attached WS produces wsdl with empty namespace in schema:import
declaration. This causes problems in consumption of this wsdl by MS wsdl
tool.

The attached diff fixes that (by simple removing of imports with empty
namespaces). Please review.
