[Mono-dev] XPath iterator problem

Hello Atsushi,

I've found a problem in SimpleSlashIterator.MoveNextCore() method. 
Please see attached sample that reproduces the problem. 
I've also attached a patch for System.Xml.XPath\Iterator.cs that fixes
the problem, please review.
