[Mono-dev] Generating new makefile to add new modules?

Hello,
For my research, I added several new modules under mono/metadata folder (
not to checkin into CVS..)
In order to make Makefile aware of the new modules, I tried to add them into
Makefile directly. But, it seems still need some dependency information.
If I add them into Makefile.am <http://Makefile.am>, how can i generate new
Makefile?
I tried to run configure under mono home. But the new files weren't added.
