I'm currently using RAIL and Mono-1.1.7 on Windows to
transform assemblies.

I initially had some problems getting the test
application running on Mono-1.1.4, but Zoltan fixed
them.

So, try running the RAIL examples on the latest Mono
and see how you get on.
