I've checked in this new stuff. Please tell me if any of you
got problem, especially who use crypto XML stuff and/or custom
remoting configuration stuff.

Sebastien, maybe we had better do the same thing against Mono.Security,
except for MiniParser; mark as [Obsolete] ?
