If you go to the main page (www.go-mono.com) then to downloads there
is an installer for all Linux versions that will install Mono and MDB
with the correct util names and settings...

If you want to use MDB with MonoDevelop you will have to download
MonoDevelop seperately and run autogen with --enable-debugger=yes
option.
