But could you tell me what advantages has targetting mingw32 over targetting
cygwin? It seems to do the same as when targetting cygwin: It uses it's own
libraries so the cygwin glib-devel cannot be used as it does not
support -mno-cygwin. I don't see the point of making mingw32 target working.
And so it's no use to fix the mingw32 target if cygwin works as expected.
The only difference I see is that cygwin target uses cyg prefix while
mingw32 target uses lib prefix.
