Hi,

This one does SOAP 1.2 mapping in WebServiceHandlerFactory because HttpSoap
and HttpSoap12 can be added and removed independently in the config file.

As this required to rewrite protocol checking I was able to simplify the
HttpPostLocalhost code as well.

Please review this code as well.
