[Mono-devel-list] W3C test suite - closing readers

Hi Atsushi,
The W3C test suite does not release file descriptors and close handlers,
causing it to fail when I run it using NUnit + Grasshopper on Windows.

Attached patch close the readers and fix that.
If no objection, I'll commit.
