Hi all,

Mauro Bertoli called my attention to the fact that Npgsql test suite
isn't very good.

The problem with them is that there isn't a postgresql box and so Npgsql
fails with socket exceptions.

I'd like to know if it would be possible to set a postgresql test box
for Npgsql tests.
