Hello all,

TypeDescriptor:GetConverter throws an ArgumentNullException when
used with the type of some interface. I have filed bug #71444
for this problem: http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=71444

The attached patch fixes this problem and some other 
inconsistencies in this function between Mono and .NET.
See the test case attached to the bugzilla entry.

Is it OK to commit this patch to SVN?
