[Mono-devel-list] NUnit Regression test suites.

I can do the System.Security.* namespaces under corlib. I noticed that I
broke some things last week (when fixing NET_2_0 profile) so some may be
easier to fix than to document.

I'll also look after System.Security.dll and Mono.Security.dll assemblies.
