[Mono-devel-list] css patch

Hi.

 

The padding between news elements on the mono home page doesn't look so
great on IE, and it's bothered me for awhile, so I finally came up with a
patch for the issue.  Would someone kindly update the css with something
like this?  It looks better as news item titles do not run into the text
above.

 

I checked on FireFox 1.0 and it looks good there too.
