Are you focusing on any type of programs? I ask this because, for
example, for web applications there is a nice way (I think) using the
Maverick.NET framework. The URL of this project is:

http://mavnet.sourceforge.net/

Unfortunately, the existing examples downloadable at the site don't use
i18n yet. It could be great to add a Hello World example for i18n, or
modify the existing "friendbook application" to add i18n stuff.
