I got a few other errors, so i added NotWorking stuff to that (there was
some Mutex stuff that was freezing; also problems with EST timezone).
There is still the regression you mentioned, and there is something due
to Martin's --debug code.

I've added corlib to the `should be working' suite, as everything in
there is now regressions.

Kittens will only stop dying when the tree is green!
