Hi Colt,
try running xsp without Apache - this will give you more details on
the error. Also you may want to try and copy the assemblies
(MySql.Data and ICsharpCode.SharpZipLib) in the /bin dir of your
application.

I had the same problem and installing 1.0.5 fixed it, but you seem to
be using that already?
