I have scripts that update my tree and rebuild everything from
scratch (autogen, etc..).
Yesterday, at about the same time of you mail, I had the same
problem, but today (different svn version) it builds cleanly.

I *know* this doesn't tell you what the problem is, but maybe
refreshing your tree and rebuilding now will "fix" it ;-)
