[Mono-dev] AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory

Hi,
  
There is slight difference between the  implementation of 
"AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory"  and MS.NET.

When run on Windows
	- returns  "[ApplicationDirectory]/"
while when run on MONO
	- returns  "[aplicationDirectory]"  ( no slash in end ).

Please take note of it.
