[Mono-dev] good IDE tool to work with MONO source codes in Linux?

I don't understand what "not for C# , but for mono codes" means, but
X-develop is a very nifty crossplatform IDE that supports refactoring, live
code analysis, and also completely supports Mono with debugger (as fully as
as VS.Net supports the native .Net framework).
