[Mono-dev] Executable bit set for text files

Hi,

running "find -perm +x -name '*.cs'" in trunk/ lists 93 files and "find 
-perm +x -name 'README.*'" finds another 4 ...

Should I file a bug against all components? Someone (benm) already fixed 
this for Web.Services in r46563 but I didn't see anything regarding the 
other components.
