[Mono-dev] Mono.Cairo small api changes

Hello,
	I was toying around with Mono.Cairo today and noticed some things I
would like to change.  Here is a patch with some of the smaller changes.
The end gaol is to make it more like pycairo and cairo bindings docs.
ChangeLog in the patch, let me know if any more explanation is needed.

	The next changes I would like to make are naming related.  Is
this API frozen (I hope not)?
ex. SurfaceImage -> ImageSurface
ex. Cairo.Graphics -> Cairo.Context possibly
