[Mono-dev] [Patch] AssemblyName ctor

hey,

Currently the AssemblyName (string) ctor is not implemented to receive
the long format assembly name (such "MyAssembly, Version=1.2,..."). The
attached patch adds support for it.

Some tests are also attached.
