Hi all,

The attached patch fixes following bug:
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=75684

It 'converts' all TDS parameters of type varbinary and
size > 8000 to type image. I'm doing this in Prepare
because I haven't found a better place.

Is it OK to commit this patch?
