I agree with Miguel about not renaming the mono distributed ByteFX
libraries, but just if two conditions apply:

-1- If they renamed the client that they now distribute under the GPL.
If not, we may have problems with versioning/linking to the wrong
assembly in keeping the same name. UPDATE: just checked the csproj for
their Connector/.NET and their assembly is now called MySQL.Data, so
we don't have this problem.

-2- ByteFX latest LGPL-ed code may involve some trademark, so that we
may need to change some names if the trademark owner demand to do
so...

Oh, well, for me: I'm shifting to using Prevalence and/or
PostgreSQL/NPgSQL in all my future developments anyway.
