[Mono-devel-list] TODOs in the HttpBrowserCapabilities Class

Hello Miguel,

I contacted Gary Keith who is maintaining this project and he is
really receptive to the idea of adding these attributes to his file.
I will work with him on providing the data for the browsers that I
have access to.  At least this way the key names in the .ini will be
determined and these TODO's can be eliminated.
