[Mono-devel-list] Regression in Regex.Replace

Hi all,

A recent change to Regex.Replace caused a regression:
It doesn't work anymore when count parameter is not -1.
This also causes Replace calls without count parameter 
to fail.

I have reopened bug #68398 which caused this regression
and attached a fix for this.

If no one complains I will commit this fix.
