[Mono-devel-list] CAS - patch for declarative stack modifiers

I haven't been able to keep up with much recently
but hopefully that might change sometime. But mint is still
currently the only option on some platforms (PARISC
is the main different one I care about and a JIT for that feels
harder than others to me). Also I don't know if it is
how others port but getting that working first before the
JIT always seems easier and not such a big leap at once.
Shows you understand the ABI and have the runtime basically
working before worrying about JIT details. So I hope it
stays at least in the state suggested here.
