Please remove it from the Linux test suite. It was there before (and
removed) because it P/Invokes into CryptoAPI to get results and will never
work under Linux, MacOS X or any non-Windows operating system (this is why
it's name ends with .Win32 ;-).

Maybe someday we will run the test suite under Windows. If so then the
Mono.Security.Win32 assembly should be part this new test suite. Until
then...
