[Mono-devel-list] Mono debugger

I got mono-debugger cvs HEAD working yesterday. Since I want to debug
mono 2 app, I had to replace mcs by gmcs in the configure.in file (is
this the normal way to do that?). 
The debugger cli works great.
But the GUI seems to be MIA. Am I correct in assuming that the GUI is no
more part of mono-debugger? If yes, is the only alternative md? Or is it
possible to use mdb with for example ddd?
