[Mono-devel-list] Installer Mono 1.1.2, Gtk# 1.0.4, 1.9 with Previews for Win32

I have a new Win32 installer of the Mono Combined installer series that 
would like for you to test.  This installer corrects some of the 
problems that Gert  Driesen had found on previous installers and most 
important it offers for the first time gmcs and the 2.0 previews.

Some of the components included in this installer are:

GTK+ 2.4
Glade 2.6
xsp 1.0.4.99
Gtk# 1.0.4
Gtk# 1.9
Mono 1.1.2
Sql# GTK -- now with better database provider support (thanks Daniel 
Morgan :))

I have done some rudimentary testing but I am too new to some of these 
technologies to be the better judge of what works and what can be improved.

Finally, I designed this installation so that it can be installed in 
parallel with the Installers that is currently available in the 
downloads section of mono-project for 1.0.4 version.
