[Mono-devel-list] compiling with cygwin

Hey guys,

I am using instructions from
http://www.all-the-johnsons.co.uk/mono/mono-compiling.html
to compile mono on windows with cygwin.

when i reach the step that asks to run ./autogen.sh in
mono directory, I get stopped on the error informing
me that:

configure: error: Library requirements (glib-2.0 >=
1.3.11) not met; consider ad
justing the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if
your libraries are in a nons
tandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

Where can I find the path to the required files? Just
to give you more info, I am using cygwin to compile
and I am compiling source from cvs.
