[Mono-devel-list] gdiplus downloaded but still says missing from mono

On Linux, it'll be called libgdiplus.so and it is included in the
libgdiplus RPM.

This is not going to work at all. You're using an unmanaged Windows
library on Linux; it is analogous to copying USER32.DLL onto Linux and
expecting Windows apps to work.
